Mediona OyAb is a Finnish occupational health service company producing mainly work place health promotion projects and processes. The methods used by Mediona focus on the well-being of the personnel, increased work ability and increased total productivity of the customer company/organization. 

Mediona uses the Metal Age method, which was originally constructed for the aging steel workers in the European Union – hence the name.

Today Metal Age has been successfully used among employees of all ages and at all kinds of work places.
