Book/manual: Metal Age and Kiva-questionnaire

The use of the Metal Age method and the Kiva-questionnaire is increasing. The Archipelago Academy for Wellbeing at Work in Kasnäs in Finland uses mainly these methods. Also other countries are getting more and more interested in these Finnish methods for improving wellbeing at work, productivity and profitability.
